As a Trainee in "Software Engineering", you will dive into the world of in-house software development at Mercedes-Benz and will shape the next generation of electronic control unit software in the Body & Comfort area as a basic software developer in a high-performance team. Qualifications An above-average degree (bachelor, master, MBA or doctorate) in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or comparable course of study Maximum of 3 years of professional experience (apart from studies) At least 3 months of experience abroad (study, international internship, work and travel) Affinity and enthusiasm for digital technologies and trends Social commitment is preferred Excellent knowledge of English; good German language skills are an advantage You are ready to drive the transformation forward at Mercedes-Benz and take responsibility. You are open and communicative and have very good analytical skills. You are a team player and can motivate others. You have ideally experience in AUTOSAR, DevOps & software engineering practices Readiness to accept challenges and push the limits Mind-winning personality with enthusiasm to spread her/his knowledge and experience in the team We are looking forward to your application.
