We are currently seeking for a Sr. IT Administrator to join our IT team in our German head offices in Munich.

Main tasks:
Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, networks, and applications.
Monitor systems proactively, ensuring smooth operation and addressing any issues promptly.
Provide responsive technical support via calls, emails, and

Technical Requirements:
Proficiency in Network & Wi-Fi services (VLANs, ACLs, Routing), Basic PABX/ (Unified Communications) IP Phone systems, server administration, cabling, data backup & recovery, Office 365 administration, Entra ID/Azure Active Directory, Azure Cloud Solutions, Hyper-V, and server/storage management.
Proven experience as a Technical Support Engineer, Desktop Support Engineer, IT Help Desk Technician, or similar role.
Hands-on familiarity with Windows, Linux, and macOS environments.
Strong understanding of computer systems and mobile devices.
Familiarity with ITIL framework (Incidents, Problems, Changes)
Excellent problem-solving skills and effective communication (both written and verbal).
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a relevant field.
Additional certifications in Microsoft, CCNA or equivalent, or cloud technologies are advantageous.
Fluency in German and English
