As Head of Production for Tassimo, you will lead and develop production teams in our Berlin factory.

  • Responsibility for SHE requirements and legislation implementation, driving compliance to legal and corporate standards & policies
  • Delivering manufacturing excellence within the area through engaged leadership and coaching
  • Building an excellent and effective team
  • Responsibility of area costs and area performance delivering the annual budget to ultimately delivering the long term plan of the factory
  • Delivering area KPIs in SHE, Quality, Cost, Delivery and Engagement
  • Driving zero loss, defects and 100% engagement culture by supporting continuous improvement approach
  • Supporting of MOS (Manufacturing Operating System) roll out and further development with hands approach by coaching people on the shopfloor
  • Driving the plans to ensure that the area is continuously fit for future to including transformation, such as organizational effectiveness and evolution of technology and improvements

  • University degree (Bachelors) or higher in Engineering or other related field
  • At least 5 years of professional experience in an FMCG manufacturing managerial position
  • Min. of 2 years in Leadership role with strong focus on developing High Performing Organization including the correct behavior and effective organization structures and processes
  • International and\or cross-functional exposure and collaboration
  • Experience of change management within the factory to improve organization performance, including Safety and Quality
  • Strong understanding of budgeting with good understanding of financial processes
  • Business fluent in English and ideally German
  • Profound knowledge and experience of Operational Excellence methodologies like TPM, Lean and 6 Sigma
