Trainer / Coach - Food & Beverage (m/f/x)
as of now full-time Berlin, Germany
To support our Trainer team and to train our staff in the best possible way, we are looking for YOU - a travel-loving Trainer / Coach - Food & Beverage and/or service professional (m/f/x).
For this position it is completely irrelevant where your home base is!
We are also happy to consider applicants with knowledge from/as: bakery, bake shop, gas station shop, McDonald, Subway, barista, cook, kitchen assistants, takeaway, bar staff, snack bar or career changers who enjoy giving our guests a special experience .

YOUR JOB

• You support the training of our staff within the food & beverage area
• You analyse and optimise work processes and, if necessary, develop improvement measures improvement measures
• You are the contact person for our teams for various topics in the food & beverage depatement
• You check the implementation of our standards in our locations
• You create and maintain training materials for your area of responsibility
• You actively contribute to projects in the front office area
• You support us for new openings or Hotel takeovers

YOUR PROFILE

• you enjoy and are passionate about working with people in an international environment,
• hospitality is not just a buzzword for you,
• service means more to you than just a smile
• you consider communication and organisation to be your strengths,
• you can always be relied upon,
• you keep an overview even in stressful situations,
• You enjoy imparting and sharing your knowledge
• iit makes no difference for you to be traveling in a region-specific way (willingness to travel 80%)
• you can communicate very well in English (German is advantageous but not a must and also other languages) with our Team,

and ideally

• you have completed a vocational training and/or university degree (preferably in a tourism-related field) or
• you already have qualifications in the field of training
• you have already worked with a hotel software, preferably ASSD
