Manager Global Compliance Program (f/m/d)

What you can expect
  • As the individual in charge, you will be responsible for managing and steering aspects of STADA's Global Compliance Management Program under the guidance of the Head of Global Compliance Program and further enhancing STADA's Sanctions Control Program.
  • Your role will involve the implementation and oversight of selected operations within the Compliance Program, encompassing risk assessment, monitoring, policies, and training initiatives.
  • You will be involved in executing or supporting Sanctions and other compliance-related initiatives, including performing sanctions screening of counterparties and supporting internal Compliance reviews while managing assigned ad hoc projects.
  • It will be your responsibility to coordinate comprehensive communication and training needs, defining and delivering tailored packages, campaigns, and curricula to improve compliance awareness and adherence across the organization.
  • You will be driving the digitalization within the Compliance area, refining processes through the integration of data-driven analytics, artificial intelligence, and the implementation of advanced tools and systems such as Compliance Questionnaires, Risk Assessments, and Approval processes.
  • As part of your responsibilities, you will be designing and implementing aspects of the data-driven analytics strategy, overseeing the development and use of data systems to efficiently organize, store, and analyze compliance data and ensuring optimal functionality in support of compliance objectives.
  • You will also be analyzing reports and data to generate insights for managing risks and strengthening Compliance controls, managing sensitive discussions with senior management, and leading cross-functional projects with key departments such as IT, Procurement, and Supply Chain.
  • Lastly, you will need to develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of global compliance regulations and trends, ensuring that STADA's compliance strategies and actions are proactive and fully compliant.
Who we are looking for
  • If you have a diploma or Master's degree in Business Administration, Legal, or a similar educational background, you would be a great fit for this role.
  • With 2-3 years of experience in a global professional or corporate environment, specifically in the area of Compliance Program and Sanctions, preferably within the pharmaceutical/healthcare industry, you'd bring valuable expertise to our team.
  • Your interest in processes, IT, and data analytics would be a significant asset for this position, allowing you to contribute effectively to our projects and initiatives.
  • Your project management and process design skills would provide the necessary foundation to thrive in this role, and drive our compliance initiatives forward successfully.
  • Given your strong interpersonal and excellent communication abilities, you would be well-equipped to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Your detail-oriented nature and ability to meet multiple deadlines would ensure meticulousness and efficiency in handling compliance-related tasks and responsibilities.
  • Upholding high ethical standards and professional integrity aligns with our company values and is crucial for success in this role.
  • Bring proficient with IT systems, including Microsoft Office, corresponds with the technological demands of this position, enabling you to navigate our systems and processes seamlessly.
  • Your fluency in German and English would facilitate effective communication within our multinational environment and with our global partners.
  • Your exposure to an international environment in daily business and/or experience in working abroad would bring a valuable global perspective to our company.
