Corporate Trainee Marketing EMEA (f/m/d)

Position overview
As a Corporate Trainee Marketing EMEA at allnex, you'll embark on an exciting journey to develop a deep understanding of our products, markets, and customers. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on-experience in various aspects of marketing within the chemical industry. You will work closely with seasoned professionals, learn industry best practices, and contribute to strategic initiatives that drive business growth.
You will start your 18-month trainee program at allnex in Frankfurt, Germany, and continue working at other allnex locations in EMEA. After successful completion of trainee program, you will be transitioned into a new role with new challenges ahead in our organization.

Required skills and experience

• Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics or a related field
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate market insights into actionable strategies and initiatives.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
• Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset, capable of driving initiatives from concept to execution and delivering measurable results.
• Experience with marketing analytics tools, CRM systems and digital marketing platforms.
• Creative problem-solver with a passion for innovation and continuous learning.

Responsibilities

Market Intelligence and analysis:

• Conduct comprehensive market research to identify industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
• Analyze market data and customer insights to identify growth opportunities and inform strategic decision-making.
• Monitor competitor activities and industry developments to stay ahead of market trends and challenges.

Marketing plan initiation for particular market segment:

• Develop marketing plans and suggestions for campaigns aligned with business objectives.
• Identify and suggest key marketing channels and tactics to reach and engage target B2B audiences effectively.
• Continuously evaluate and follow up on marketing strategies based on performance metrics and market feedback, and communicate effectively to key stakeholders across the organization.

Positioning and messaging:

• Evaluate our brand positioning, ensuring alignment with market needs and company objectives.
• Craft compelling messaging and value propositions that resonate with our target B2B audience and differentiate us from competitors.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and touchpoints.
