GOSP uses common technology platforms for the Group. As a joint venture partner, Accenture provides expertise to support transformation, innovation and scaling. GOSP develops solutions for digitalization and the introduction of a cloud-centric model. GOSP includes IT infrastructure, procurement, and security operations, among others.That is the jobOur international team is looking for an Enterprise Architect (m/f/d) in the "Architecture, Strategy and Innovation" team of GOSP (Generali Operations Service Platform) and will work in the below domains with a cross vision between traditional on-prem and cloud technologies.Architecture / Solution Design supporting the tasks:Coordination of Technical Analysis in support of Technical DepartmentsFeasibility Study to check the feasibility and present it to non technical stakeholdersHigh Level Design in the role of Senior ArchitectLow Level Design in the role of providing consultancy to Subject Matter Experts according to architecture guidelinesArchitecture/ Governance:Cloud Initiative Evaluation in support of Cloud Solution Architects for hybrid architecturesDemand and Project Portfolio processes to guarantee defined levels of quality for the new customer demands and internal projectsTechnology Standardization in defining and pushing the adoption of technology standardssupport providing experienced opinions in the process of acquiring / renewing technologiesAdvisoryAdvisory / Steering supporting the activities:Technology Spyglass to create and present brochures, whitepapers, workshops, demos and lectures related to (new) technologiesTechnology Lobby to advise C-Level executives on technology choicesAdvisory / Tools developing and managing the information tools:Technology Radar maintenance and improvement to track interesting new technologiesTechnology Maps to provide business views of the implemented technologiesAdvisory / Community:Architecture Community support with enthusiasm and new ideasTechnology Forums for discussing with GOSP customers about trend technologies and future directionsTransversal to the above domains, the candidate will:contribute to define and maintain a set of Smart Methodologies intended to support the most frequent tasks and activitiescommit to continuously improve her/his skills to stay up-to-date with technology evolutionProfileSoft Skills:ability to work in a complex environment with these characteristics: more than 1000 people in the company, international environment, international group that federates dozens of distinct business unitsability to work in an international team with different cultures using English language for every activityability to work in a most digital workplace with few in person interactionspredisposition to flexible ways of working with frequent priority changesnice to have: presentation skills to prepare and present topics in front of (non-domain) people, including Top-ManagementTechnical skills:must have: strong capabilities in analyzing complicated problems and in extracting concise but complete synthesismust have: cloud architecture knowledge on AWS and Azure and sounding understanding of the SaaS ecosystemshould have: full understanding of the intricacies related to hybrid (on-prem/cloud) architecturesshould have: business continuity architecture knowledge and culture, both for cloud and on-premises systemsshould have: understanding of on-premises technologies and architectures like software defined compute, software defined network, software defined storageshould have: design skills to create architecture diagramsnice to have: security architecture knowledgeLanguage requirements (according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages):fully proficient in German: C2 levelfluent in written and oral English: at least B2 certified level, C1 preferredpreferably intermediate level (B1) of at least one of the following languages in order of preference: Italian, French, Czech, HungarianBenefits Work-Life-ManagementDie Arbeitswelt wird immer komplexer und die Anforderungen an unsere Kolleginnen und Kollegen steigen.
