YOU WILL FOCUS ON THE FOLLOWING TASKS:
  • You will be part of the CRM team, currently consisting of two people, in the "Z24 - Microsoft" unit within the "Management Systems and IT" division.
  • As the person responsible for service and solution architect, you will be responsible for the technical conceptualization and strategic development of tailor-made solutions as well as the configuration and administration of system components based on Microsoft Dynamics and Power Platform with a focus on contact management.
  • You will be responsible for the technical analysis and evaluation of technical requirements, some of which are complex, and for implementing change requests with a view to the overall solution architecture. In addition to advising on technical issues, you will also create the technical documentation for the system. You will accompany the test phases and the go-live of applications.
  • You will also coordinate the operation and further development of the DAAD Identity and Access Management System (IAM) for external users based on Microsoft Azure B2C. This also includes planning and managing the connection of new service providers. You will take over the technical project management for the further development of technical solution components of the systems and the underlying SQL databases and interfaces to other internal systems (including SAP) and work closely with colleagues from other (non-IT) departments.
  • You will be supported by service providers in all areas and manage the collaboration.
THEY BRING PROFESSIONAL AND PERSONAL SKILLS TO THE TABLE:
  • Relevant university degree (e.g. Bachelor's degree) in (business) informatics or in a scientific or technical field (e.g. mathematics, electronics, electrical engineering or similar) or in business administration / economics
  • Very good knowledge of contact management systems (CRM), preferably Microsoft Dynamics and Power Platform (Power Apps, PowerBI, Power Automate)
  • Good knowledge of the Microsoft product landscape, confident handling and experience with SQL, preferably Microsoft SQL Server and Microsoft Visual Studio
  • Experience in managing IT projects, introducing IT systems/applications and managing IT service providers
  • Confident demeanor and very good communication and teamwork skills
  • Independent working style and organizational skills as well as adaptability
  • Careful handling of personal data

If you do not have a degree (training / studies) in the IT sector, you will be placed in a lower pay group (in accordance with 12 TV EntgO Bund).
