Would you like to help us improve our customer focus? Are you ready to take responsibility for a CRM system and enjoy continuously developing it? Then you've come to the right place! We are looking for a permanent full-time position (part-time possible) in the Sales Services department for a:n

System Owner CRM (m/f/d) These are the tasks:
  • Good CRM, smooth customer service processes, happy customers: As System Owner for our CRM, you'll make this triple leap with ease and ensure that our customer focus continues to improve on the system side.
  • Specifically, you will be directly involved in the roll-out of our new CRM system and can play an active role in shaping the future of our customer processing.
  • When designing roadmaps, you'll be in the thick of it instead of just being there, coordinating with your colleagues from Marketing, Sales and Customer Service and taking responsibility for successful implementation.
  • And because you always want to get the best out of everything, you keep your eyes open for potential improvements, manage their requirements in the backlog and work with IT and service providers to help put them into practice.
  • Speaking of potential for improvement: you ensure data quality at all times, just as you continue to drive forward system configurations, user accounts, roles and processes. It goes without saying that you get the relevant departments on board with informative reports and dashboard overviews.
  • As a talented communicator, you also have the management of the key user panel under control, present the latest system changes clearly and take on knowledge management to bring everyone up to speed.
  • Last but not least, you monitor the market with a keen eye, identify trends that suit us and draw the right conclusions to optimize the CRM system.
That's what we want:
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, computer science or equivalent knowledge and skills, e.g. commercial vocational training with a high affinity for IT including relevant professional experience
  • Experience in working with CRM systems or as a CRM product owner and enjoy working independently and developing innovative solutions
  • Understanding of sales processes, an eye for optimization potential and a willingness to take responsibility
  • Strong understanding of the interfaces between IT and specialist departments
  • Analytical, structured way of working and expertise in strategic planning
  • Communication skills and ability to present ideas clearly and convincingly
  • Team spirit and ability to coordinate interdisciplinary teams
