Customer Service Representative (d/f/m)
Location: Norderstedt, Schleswig-Holstein
Type of employment: Full-time
You are promoting VSE products by identifying leads as building strong and long-term relationships.
You will be the smart focal point between for our customers as our business partners.
You will perform customer service activities such as timely submission of quotes, order management, on-time shipping of products and related after-sales activities.
You will maintain securing existing program business levels as well as to identify new business opportunities.
Would you like to:
Communicate with customers by telephone or email to provide information about our products and services?
Enter customer orders into ERP system and make sure the order is fulfilling the customer satisfaction?
Understand and transmit financial and technical information to internal and external customers?
Keep records of customer interactions or transactions; record details of inquiries, comments?
Support strategic opportunities, problem resolution and escalated issues for customers?
Keep your management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, monthly and annual territory analyses?
Participate in customer visits, and include relevant internal participants as needed?
Establish and maintain a trusting and profitable relationship between the customers and the company?

Your boardcard :
- 4+ years of experience in customer service, and/or aviation industry.
- The customer is your priority, and you enjoy working in a team
- You have some experience with the Quantum Control ERP or related aviation information system experience.
- You are motivated and inspire your colleagues for the performance of tomorrow.- You work conscientiously, and you like to tackle things
- You have some experience with U.S. Export Rules and regulations
- You are proficient in English as fluent in German
