• Hold QTS or an equivalent teaching qualification.
• Comfortable with teaching across different learning levels.
• Ability to adapt to different learning abilities.
• Strong behaviour management
• Ability to make a lasting impact in a short period of time
• Demonstrate excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

About the role

Tradewind currently work with primary schools across Bedfordshire who are looking for passionate teachers to maintain high standards of teaching in the absence of their permanent members of staff. This role is perfect for teachers who are looking for a healthy work life balance.
