Our client is more than just a housing association - they are a close-knit, not-for-profit community that's been providing affordable housing and life-changing support in Luton and South Bedfordshire since 1962. Their mission is simple: "Placing the customer at the heart of everything we do by providing Homes, Support, & Opportunity." They don't just give people homes; they empower them to grow and thrive.

They are currently looking for a driven and passionate Maintenance and Operations Manager to lead the maintenance, repairs, and compliance teams. You'll be the go-to person for managing their 750+ properties, ensuring they deliver high-quality services that improve lives. From overseeing compliance and health and safety to managing capital investment programs, you'll play a crucial role in making sure their customers enjoy safe, well-maintained homes. Plus, you'll get to lead and inspire a skilled in-house team, all while working on exciting projects that truly make a difference.

They are a small but mighty team with big ambitions. Our client is constantly evolving, and they are looking for like-minded people who are passionate about getting things done. If you want to be part of a forward-thinking organization that values both its people and the community it serves, this could be the perfect role for you!
