Recruitment Business Partner
Location: Field Based
The Role
Delivery of all Carbon60 corporate solutions, ensuring SLA/KPIs and contractual obligations are met/exceeded as well as ensuring positive satisfaction levels from both client and candidates.
Ensuring all clients, candidates and colleagues receive an experience in-line with the Carbon60 DNA.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain excellent working relationships with all client hiring managers and departments to ensure a smooth and timely recruitment process.
- Obtain market data and advise hiring managers at point of recruitment plan and obtain commitment on interview availability, ensuring information on absences or other potential delays are noted - managing expectations, requesting future forecasting data and obtaining SLA exception sign-off should requirements be identified as difficult to fill from outset
- Ensure the implementation of all client specific processes and procedures which must be complied with by internal and external support
- Liaise with internal support staff to ensure timely implementation of contractual and financial matters
- Build and maintain a good relationship with suppliers to ensure the timely supply of quality CV's to the client - educating them to best practice and encouraging them to ensure competitiveness
- Identify the management chain and brief appropriately on matters such as skills shortages, rate exception, etc.
- Identify the shortfall/risk to relevant stakeholders when the supply chain fails to supply and explore alternate solutions, flagging potential KPI failures to Manager
- Proactively monitor and report on the performance of the on-site service against the client SLA
- Proactively monitor and report on the performance of all suppliers against the on-site service SLA
- To perform administrative duties including new starter and leaver processes.
- To perform payroll and invoicing duties as required.
- Any other duties as required by the business
- Review role requisitions and ensure the role is understood and communicated out to suppliers effectively - providing thorough overviews of the role and division and guidance on suitable CVs/suitability with CVs submitted to line or rejected to supplier
- Maintain up to date information on changing policies, procedures and legislation
- Manage regular rate reviews and salary benchmarking, advising the client on appropriate rates
- Ensure all documents and processes used are in accordance with the company operational standards
