Credit Controller

Cantello Tayler Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Credit Controller to join our client based in Bracknell on a temporary basis.

The successful Credit Controller will be responsible for:

• Achieving overdue recovery targets through a pro-active, structured and methodical approach
• Contacting business customers/clients by phone, email, or mail regarding their accounts
• Ensuring the collection of past due accounts
• Proactively managing customer accounts to ensure timely collection of past due balances
• Ensuring barriers to payment are quickly identified and mediated.
• Developing and maintaining a successful partnership with customers, sales and other office teams
• Maintaining constant up-to-date CRM information

The Credit Controller will have:

• Experience in a similar role
• Strong Excel and reporting skills
• Organised with strong attention to detail, strong analytical skills required
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to build and maintain trusted relationships
• Knowledge of CRM management,
• Knowledge of ERP systems and database functionalities
