Contract Permit Officer

Up To £280 per day Inside IR35

18-Months Initial Contract

Onsite Hampshire Town

A Defence client of mine is looking for a Permit Officer for an initial 18-months assignment to work as Permit Officer. You will be accountable to the M&E Permit Office Lead for the day to day running of work control and authorisation of Mechanical and Electrical Safety documents following the Permit Office Procedure and Key Control Process

Key Responsibilities

• Control M, E&I works from the M&E Permit Office
• Provide "front of house" services from the Permit Office
• Issuing and sign back of specific permits and other safety documents on site.
• Maintain and promote high personal standards in Environment, Safety, Health, Security and Quality.

Requirements

• Maintained records of work being performed.
• Control & co-ordination of work & informing relevant persons that work is to take place.
• Maintain and promote high personal standards in environment, safety, health, security, and quality and be a great team player.
