Their HR team in Reading are currently looking for an experienced Senior HR Business Partner to strengthen the team. What will you be doing? The HR Business Partner is part of the People & Organisation team in Subsea. This role is both strategic and operational within HR and the business to cultivate high-performance teams and culture to meet the business needs. Accountabilities include: Support leaders with complex employee relation issues, coaching leaders in the application of HR procedures, processes and tools, providing the necessary feedback and suggesting improvements to ensure compliance is maintained. Partner with the business to translate strategy into workforce and organisational needs and establish a plan on how to meet these needs, ensuring organisational alignment. Contribute to developing the desired organisational culture, attitudes, performance management and wellbeing practices in order to enhance engagement. Support leaders with recruitment requirements together with recruiters, ensuring the teams are able to attract candidates and execute on strategic workforce planning. Support leaders with Performance Management processes ensuring that the teams develop a high performance culture, coaching leaders on how to manage low or inconsistent performance Support the managers regarding the Talent & Succession Management agenda Analyze, understand and interpret people data; Report and follow up against metrics, and provide recommendations to stakeholders Ensure people processes within the business follows local employment laws and practicesWe think you should have: Degree qualified in Human Resources CIPD accreditation is preferred Either an experienced HR generalist at a Senior Advisory level with some level of exposure in business partnering responsibilities or previous Business Partner experience Able to work independently on more varied and complex support tasks without direct supervision Excellent at realationship building and communication, with the ability to challenge leaders constructively and maintain positive relationships at all levels Ability to work in a matrix environment Ability to plan, define deadlines and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment Negotiation and communication skills Demonstrate a proactive and flexible working approachMore reasons to work with us: Professional development and career opportunities Competitive pay and benefits Healthy work-life balance Join a company committed to becoming a significant player in the energy transition My client are changemakers and accelerators.
