Smile Education are delighted to be working with a Secondary school in Central Birmingham and supporting in them in their search for a new PE Teacher to work on a long term, full time basis .

They have achieved building a fantastic reputation by fostering a nurturing yet disciplined environment where well-being and safety is a priority for their students to thrive. This role is available with an immediate start.

Requirements for this PE role in Birmingham:

• Qualified Teacher Status
• Experience in teaching PE to KS3 and KS4 pupils.
• Ability to create an engaging and inclusive learning environment.
• Patience, empathy, and the ability to motivate and inspire students.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, prepare, and deliver an excellent standard of PE lessons
• Maintain a good learning environment
• Instruct and monitor students in the use of learning materials and equipment.
• Supervise and support the work of teaching assistants and other support staff.
