Joshua Robert are partnering with a hyper-growth building consultancy business with offices in Birmingham and Worcestershire. The organisation is formed by 2 serial entrepreneurs, with backgrounds in scaling organisations. The client is dealing with large international corporate businesses and has a strong pipeline of project and professional work. Due to workload, their is now an immediate requirement for a building surveyor at APC level or newly qualified to join the team.

Position Overview: As a Building Surveyor, you will play a pivotal role in our consultancy, providing expert advice and support across a range of projects. From conducting surveys and assessments to offering strategic recommendations, you'll be instrumental in delivering high-quality solutions that exceed client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting building surveys and assessments.
  • Providing technical advice and guidance to clients.
  • Preparing detailed reports and recommendations.
  • Collaborating with colleagues and stakeholders to deliver comprehensive solutions.
  • Managing projects efficiently, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met.
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of our services and processes.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Building Surveying or related field.
  • Chartered status (MRICS) or working towards APC.
  • Solid understanding of building regulations and construction processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proven track record in delivering high-quality work to tight deadlines.
