Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with high-profile clients, understanding their needs, and delivering exceptional service.
  • Asset Management: Oversee the management of a diverse portfolio of high-value properties, ensuring maximum asset performance and value.
  • Financial Oversight: Prepare and manage budgets, conduct financial analysis, and ensure accurate reporting for property portfolios.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement property management strategies that align with client goals and market trends.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure all properties comply with relevant regulations and standards, mitigating risks and addressing issues promptly.

Qualifications and Experience:
  • Professional Accreditation: MRICS qualification or equivalent is preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years experience in property management, with a proven track record of managing high-value assets and working with high-profile clients.
  • Leadership: Demonstrated leadership skills with experience in managing and developing teams.
  • Financial Acumen: Strong financial management and budgeting skills.
  • Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
