About the Impact Academy

The Impact Academy offers a comprehensive, hands-on training programme to equip you with the skills needed to excel as a Recruitment Consultant.

Your Responsibilities

During your first year, you'll:

Source and interview candidates for both temporary and permanent positions. Create professional CV profiles for client marketing. Boost candidate placements by working closely with our expert sales teams. Meet weekly targets and KPIs, set in partnership with your manager. Earn commission from your contributions and success every step of the way.

Support and Mentorship

You'll be fully supported throughout your journey, receiving guidance from your team manager, our leading training team, and an assigned mentor. Learn from the best in the business as you work alongside some of the most successful recruitment consultants in the Education sector.

Graduation and Beyond

After completing your first year, you'll move onto a specialised Sales Desk. We don't believe in a 'sink-or-swim' approach - instead, you'll receive advanced training in areas such as:

Business Development Margin Negotiation Safeguarding Customer Service and Time Management
