Year 1 Teacher - Erdington

We are looking for a Year 1 Teacher to work in a 1-Form Multi-Cultural school in Erdington. This role will also require you to cover within the school's Resource Base, providing engaging and targeted lessons to support children of different abilities, with a range of SEND. This will involve working in small groups with children who require additional support in order to reach their full potential.

This is a fantastic opportunity for any aspiring teachers that love to plan exciting and inclusive lessons to engage children from all backgrounds.

This role starts ASAP - Ongoing and is Full-Time.

Skills and experience required for our teaching jobs:

You must have QTS
An enthusiastic, well-motivated and talented classroom practitioner
An ability to inspire children, staff and parents alike
Excellent knowledge of the National Curriculum
A friendly caring nature
The capacity to identify and target specific, individual needs
Keen to learn and develop professionally
Can create an environment that nurtures and stimulates positive attitudes, independence and an innovative approach to facilitating learning and teaching
