Payroll Officer

15.10 per hour
INSIDE IR35
6 Month Contract with expected extension
Full Time - 37 hours per week
Hybrid - 2 to 3 days per week in either Newport, South Wales, Titchfield, Hampshire, Edinburgh or Darlington offices.

My client are a large prestigious government organisation and are looking for a Payroll Officer to come and join their team on an initial 6 month basis, paying 15.10 per hour, Inside IR35.

DBS WILL NEED TO BE HELD OR DONE BEFORE STARTING IN THIS ROLE

Essential Criteria

Computer literate - especially Word & Excel.
Ability to work with little supervision using own initiative.
Good team-player with a positive outlook.
Ability to work to a high level of accuracy & demonstrate attention to detail
Be highly organised with the ability to work to tight deadlines and prioritise work.
Ability to deal well with employee queries, work confidentially and to treat issues with sensitivity.
A proven track record in a payroll post, including the use of a computerised payroll system.
