Starting immediately strong English Teacher needed for a large Secondary School based in Newport.

A diverse secondary school in Newport are seeking to appoint an English teacher on a full-time basis with the potential of leading to a contract for the right English teacher. The Head Teacher is looking for someone with a positive attitude to teaching, an enthusiastic and dynamic approach and has high expectations of learners.

In return, the English teacher will have the opportunity to work with a fantastic team in a welcoming environment.

Newly Qualified Teachers are also encouraged to apply.

You would need to have:

• QTS with an English specialism;
• Experience teaching English up to KS4 / Key Stage 4;
• Good classroom/behaviour management;
• A real desire to make a positive difference to the pupils that you work with.
