My client is a dynamic and forward-thinking organisation committed to delivering high-quality projects. They are a team that values excellence, safety, and customer satisfaction, and I am looking for a dedicated Project Surveyor that refects these values.

  • Your New Role
As a Project Surveyor, you will undertake comprehensive project management duties across all phases of allocated projects. You will oversee pre-contract, contract phase, and post-contract activities, manage supply chain partners, lead multiple capital investment schemes, and ensure adherence to all relevant statutory regulations. Your role will also involve budget management, stakeholder communication, and frequent site inspections. The values of projects could range between 100k to £5m. Gather all relevant information including carrying out site surveys, preparing specifications etc. to prepare tender documents ensuring that they are of sufficient standard to enable the procurement of suitable contracts. Assist to evaluate said tenders to ensure the most advantageous contractors are selected. Ensuring all relevant statutory regulations are adhered to throughout the project (to include; CDM Regulations, Planning and Building Regulations, Party wall Act, Control of Asbestos at Work Regulations, etc).

  • What You Will Need to Be Successful
You will need proven experience in project management within the construction or related industry, strong knowledge of project contract documents and relevant statutory regulations, excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently, and proficiency in project management techniques and budget management.
