Job description
The Team Leader No Recourse to Public Funds Job Share role is a permanent position based in Welsman Offices in St Pauls, Bristol BS2 9JA.
The role will lead and manage the delivery of high-quality social work activities within the NRPF Team to achieve the best possible outcomes for adults, children and families with no recourse to public funds who are in need.
The position has a high level of focus on the development and raising of quality of social work practice and standards and budget management.
You will need experience of delivering, monitoring and planning services at an operational level undertaking change management and implementing new ways of working within a children's social care arena. Knowledge of immigration issues for people with no recourse to public funds is desirable but can be learnt whilst in position.
You will need to demonstrate experience of successfully managing activity against performance targets and experience of decision making and taking action on complex/high risk cases and managing risk in respect of child safety.
Please note that this role is subject to an Enhanced DBS Check.
