Job description

High Wycombe based company are looking for suitable candidates for the following role:

3 month temporary contract. The primary responsibility is to document current processes across the organisation and develop a comprehensive process map that clearly links and interconnects these processes.

Duties

Conduct thorough research and analysis to document existing processes accurately

Create detailed and user-friendly process maps that illustrate how different processes are interconnected

Collaborate with various stakeholders to gather insights, verify process accuracy, and ensure all relevant processes are captured

Provide regular updates and final documentation to the Head of Compliance

Required Qualifications or skills

Proven experience in process documentation and mapping, using Visio software

Strong analytical skills with attention to detail

Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively within a short term contract

Salary/pay rate to be negotiated.
