SHIFT PATTERN:
Days

Key Responsibilities:
People Management - lead, motivate and offer appropriate training to the team
Production Management - coordinate and oversee production schedules to meet customer demands
Health and Safety - implement and promote a safe working environment
Quality - ensure products are delivered to a high standard

Requirements:
Food manufacturing experience
Leadership experience
