TITLE
Registered Manager

INTRODUCTION
Our client is a highly reputable and rapidly growing provider of children s care services in the East and South of the UK. As part of their continued growth, they are looking to hire a Registered Manager to lead an existing experienced team in one of their fantastic children s homes.

LOCATION
Peterborough
Ideally you will be located within an hour of Peterborough e.g. Kettering, Corby, Oakham, Stamford, Bourne, Spalding, Wisbech, March, Chatteris, Littleport, Huntingdon, St Ives.

THE JOB ROLE
The Registered Manager role will oversee a team of 9 in a fantastic children s home in the Peterborough area:

• Supported by a Deputy, leadership of an experienced care team
• Responsibility for operational management and the delivery of a high level of care and support across the service
• To ensure all children and young people are risk and needs assessed effectively and provide a clean and safe environment.
• To manage the administration and financial budgeting effectively

THE PERSON NEEDED
For the Registered Manager role, prior related experience is essential, but our client is open to two types of applicant:

• An experienced, level 5 qualified, registered manager.
• A very capable and experienced, level 3 qualified, deputy manager with aspirations to take full responsibility.
• Prior experience with OFSTED

THE REWARDS
£45-53K Basic salary + annual performance bonus
