Job description

We are currently recruiting on behalf of our clients based in Cambridge who are recruiting for a Credit Controller on a full-time temporary basis. This role will initially be office based, and our client is open to seeing candidates that have limited experience in a similar role but a strong academic record.

Typical duties include:

• Monitoring aged debt reports and taking appropriate action
• Dealing with incoming queries and approving credit limits when required
• Maintaining customer relationships and managing assigned accounts effectively
• Processing card payments
• Liaising with customers and escalating issues where necessary
• Assisting with any other duties to assist where required

You will have:

• The ability to work autonomously and manage own workload
• Strong numerical skillset
• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong communication, both written and verbal
