We are seeking an experienced and independent Site Manager to oversee and manage projects from start to finish. The Role: As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for managing all on-site activities, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. You will take ownership of your projects, coordinating with clients, subcontractors, and the project management team to ensure smooth operations from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations on the construction site.
• Manage the project lifecycle, from initial site setup to final handover.
• Ensure all work is completed to the highest standards, in line with project specifications.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely and efficient progress.
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and quality control processes.
• Implement and maintain health and safety protocols on-site.
• Liaise with clients to keep them informed of project progress and address any concerns.
• Solve any on-site issues promptly to avoid delays or disruptions.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Site Manager with a main contractor, ideally within high-end residential and office projects.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to manage projects independently.
• In-depth knowledge of construction processes, standards, and health and safety regulations.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Willingness to relocate to the island on a permanent basis.
