Job Title: Customer Services Administrator

Location: Chester - a minutes walk from the train station

Remuneration: 25,000 per year

Contract Details: Permanent, full-time

Responsibilities:

  • Support the sales team in delivering the business plan by receiving finance proposals from the broker network and entering them into the CRM system.
  • Perform all necessary due diligence checks on companies and individuals during the onboarding journey.
  • Investigate any queries and escalate them to the compliance area if required.
  • Generate finance and security documentation and ensure deals progress smoothly.
  • Demonstrate first-class communication skills to deliver exceptional service to customers and broker networks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Transfer data accurately from the broker network to the CRM system, paying close attention to detail.
  • Conduct personal identity checks and fraud screenings when necessary.
  • Verify business credit and perform necessary verification checks.
  • Identify potentially fraudulent activity or vulnerable customer requirements and report and escalate as per policy and regulatory procedures.
  • Prepare legal documentation, including finance agreements and security documents.
  • Complete bank verification process.
  • Follow processes accurately and in a timely manner to meet service level agreements.
  • Manage cases from start to finish, adhering to due diligence procedures.
  • Prepare and send out executed documentation promptly.
  • Resolve broker queries efficiently and effectively, providing excellent customer service.
  • Communicate effectively, tailoring communication to different audiences.
  • Conduct research to understand query backgrounds and respond appropriately.
  • Escalate issues or communicate with the Asset Finance Operations Manager when necessary.
  • Build strong relationships with the broker network, demonstrating a practical and positive attitude.
  • Connect with customers professionally and build rapport with them.
  • Stay updated with required training and regulatory requirements, applying knowledge to day-to-day activities.
  • Foster positive relationships with the Asset Finance Sales Team and Relationship Managers.
  • Identify new system functionality and work with the IT team for implementation.
  • Participate in user acceptance testing.
  • Contribute to the development of a diverse and inclusive culture.

Minimum Skills/Experience:

  • Degree or equivalent relevant qualification.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to provide a high-quality service.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Reliable and honest.
