Job Title: Chef / Lead Cook

Salary: 30,000 - 32,000 per year

We are thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity for a talented and experienced Chef to join our dynamic team for our client in Holywell on their band new development. As a Chef, you will play a crucial role in the culinary success of the new resort, creating memorable dining experiences for guests.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and inspire a team of culinary professionals to consistently deliver high-quality dishes.
• Design and develop creative and innovative menus that cater to a diverse range of tastes and preferences.
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the kitchen, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
• Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene.
• Manage inventory, control costs, and work within budgetary constraints.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless dining experience for guests.
• Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate new techniques and ingredients into the menu.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Chef or cook
• Culinary qualifications
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required.
