Multi-Skilled Engineer (FTC) - St Austell

18 - 20 an hour - Day Shift - Monday - Friday + Flexibility - Potential For Permanent Position - Immediate Start

We are currently looking for a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join a large manufacturing company based in St Austell. This position will be interim, for up to 4 months with the potential to be extended into a permanent position.

The ideal candidate with have a strong background within manufacturing with both mechanical and electrical skills and maintenance experience within a similar industry.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Maintenance and repair of all machinery on site.
  • Risk assessments and troubleshooting.
  • Planned and preventitive maintenance.
  • Dealing with all mechanical and electrical repairs and installations.
  • Following schematics.
  • Dealing with customer queries/service.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

  • Mechanical / Electrical engineering qualifications.
  • Time served apprenticeship would be ideal.
  • 18th Edition wiring regulations would be desirable.
  • Hands on maintenance experience.
  • Experience within a manufacturing environment.
