Job Overview:

The Quality Assurance Auditor is responsible for planning and conducting internal audits to ensure compliance with established quality standards and procedures. This role involves evaluating the effectiveness of the quality management system, identifying areas for improvement, and ensuring that corrective actions are implemented. The Quality Auditor works closely with various departments to foster a culture of continuous improvement and quality excellence.

We are looking for a Quality Assurance Auditor who will be responsible for planning and conducting internal audits to ensure compliance with established quality standards and procedures. This role involves evaluating the effectiveness of the quality management system, identifying areas of improvement, and ensuring that corrective actions are implemented. The Quality Auditor will work closely with various departments to foster a culture of continuous improvement and quality excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Audit Planning & Execution: Plan and conduct internal audits to assess compliance with quality standards (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 14001, BRC) and internal procedures.
  • Reporting & Improvement: Document findings, suggest actionable improvements, and track corrective actions.
  • Compliance & Risk Management: Assess compliance with regulatory standards, mitigate risks, and enhance quality and safety practices.
  • Continuous Improvement: Support quality projects and foster a culture of improvement.
  • Training: Develop and deliver training on quality standards and audit procedures.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years in quality auditing or assurance; knowledge of Food Safety/GMP preferred.
  • Level 3 Food Safety and HACCP (desirable); Internal Auditor Training.
  • Proficient in MS Office; excellent attention to detail, problem-solving, and good communication skills.
