Acorn by Synerige is currently seeking an experienced Accounts Payable professional to join their client's team in Plymouth. The company is a leading manufacturer in the region, providing top-quality products to our diverse clientele. As the Accounts Payable specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operations of the accounting processes and ensuring timely and accurate payment processing.

Key Responsibilities:

Processing Purchase Invoices
Resolve Order and Delivery Queries
Supplier Statement Reconciliation
Payment Runs
Posting to General Ledger
Annual Audit Process

Experience:

Experience in an Accounts Payable role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
Strong knowledge of accounts payable procedures, including invoice processing, supplier reconciliations, and payment processing.
Excellent communication skills to interact with suppliers and resolve any queries or issues effectively.
Highly organised with a strong attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and procedures.
