I'm working exclusively with Travel company based in Plymouth to recruit a French speaking, HR Business Partner. This is an great opportunity for a commercial, driven HR Business Partner who thrives in a fast paced and dynamic environment

As the HR Business Partner you will:

  • Developing people strategies aligned with business goals
  • Delivering HR solutions to business units
  • Implementing talent management and succession planning
  • Driving performance management and employee engagement initiatives
  • Assisting in change management processes
  • Ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures
  • Collaborating with HR teams to streamline processes
  • Managing HR related projects as required

Profile

A successful HR Business Partner should:

  • Be fluent in French, both written and verbal
  • Experience in strategic and operational HR roles
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices and legislation, ideally in the UK and France
  • Experience in change management and organisational development
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A proactive approach and the ability to work independently

Job Offer

50k - 60k + Car Allowance

The role is based in Plymouth with regular travel to Portsmouth, Poole and France!

An essential criteria for the role is candidates must be fluent in French, both written and verbal
