Salary: £12.83 - £13 per hour

TeacherActive is proud to be working with a Nursery based in Totnes with their search for a Nursery Practitioner. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a friendly, welcoming Nursery with like-minded practitioners, to help provide the best possible early start for young children. It s a busy, thriving environment with lots of opportunities to plan stimulating activities that meet the developmental needs of each child.

The nursery is looking to employ a qualified Nursery Practitioner, on a permanent basis. You will report directly to the Nursery Manager and could be based in the Baby or Pre-School Room. In a time of growth for this Nursery, career progression opportunities are also available for the right person.

If you have passion for Early Years, good communication skills, as well as an up-to-date and in-depth knowledge of safeguarding and child protection then you could be the perfect person for this role!

The successful Nursery Practitioner will have:

Level 3 (Required)

Experience with the Early Years Foundation Studies (EYFS) curriculum

Can-do approach with the willingness to get stuck in

Reliability and a compassionate, nurturing nature
