We are actively seeking a diligent Quality Assurance Engineer to wield significant influence in maintaining our client's impeccable quality benchmarks. This role offers a thrilling chance to leverage your expertise and unleash your problem-solving prowess and to reduce the cost of poor quality. Dive deep into uncovering the root causes of quality discrepancies and drive the implementation of innovative solutions and lead the charge in crafting Control Plans, Inspection & Test Plans (ITP), and pioneering Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) initiatives.

To thrive in this role, you will need:

  • A thirst for challenge, coupled with a meticulous eye for detail and outstanding time management skills.
  • Previous experience in Quality Assurance within tightly regulated manufacturing environments (e.g., nuclear, aerospace, medical sectors).
  • Certification as an ISO9001 Lead Assessor and be able to support the maintenance in compliance with ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001
  • A proven track record of conducting internal audits.
  • Familiarity with problem-solving frameworks such as 8D, DMAIC, Ishikawa, and 5Why's.
  • Exceptional communication abilities and a talent for fostering strong relationships across teams, while engaging with customers, suppliers, and regulatory bodies.
  • Proficiency in delivering impactful presentations to varied audiences, including both management and frontline staff.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, encompassing Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Working hours for this role are Monday - Thursday 8am to 4:30 and 8am to 1pm on Friday.
