A fantastic opportunity to work for a well-established, recognised organisation based in Newry. This organisation is a market leader in their industry.
Due to expansion they are recruiting for a Construction Administrator on a permanent basis. The hours of work for this role is Monday - Friday 9-5.
Salary for this role is negotiable up to £35k depending on experience.

Your new role
As Construction Administrator you will be responsible for providing administration support in a busy office. Main responsibilities include answering phone calls, dealing with customer queries, taking in work orders and projects from clients, recording in detail faults from customers and arranging for maintenance staff to go onsite to resolve the issues and keep customers up to date.
You will create work jobs onto the database, prioritise jobs and update the maintenance team and arrange diaries for engineers, joiners, electricians, plumbers etc and inform clients when the work will be carried out.
You will order materials from suppliers, track deliveries and ensure they are being delivered to the right site location and any other administration duties as required.
