The Role
We are looking for a confident, personable, and talented individual to join our team as a Customer Consultant. Main duties of the Customer Consultant will include:

• Interact with customers in-person, over the telephone, or online.
• Identify customers' financial needs and refer them to specialists when necessary.

• A commitment to providing outstanding customer service
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Welsh-speaking essential
• No prior experience required - full training will be provided
