Job Title: Design Coordinator

Location: Carmarthen, Wales

Company: Tier 1 Contractor

Overview:
Large commercial refurbishment project.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and manage the design process, ensuring alignment with project goals.
Liaise with architects, engineers, and stakeholders to develop and review designs.
Maintain compliance with regulations and standards.
Document design progress and prepare reports.
Support the construction team in resolving design issues.

Qualifications:

Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field.
Experience in design coordination within construction.
Strong understanding of design processes and standards.
Excellent communication skills.
Proficiency in design software.
