Job description

Role: Collaboration Services Engineer
Location: Fully remote
Salary: Up to £57,500 + Benefits

Experience required:
* Able to manage the entire life cycle from initial request to onboarding, configuration, and continued delivery of high-quality Enterprise collaboration services, including Egress Secure Workspace, Microsoft Office 365 (such as SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and Planner), Atlassian Confluence, Miro, Mural, Zoom, and Dropbox.

* Strong product knowledge of Microsoft Windows 10/11 and the Microsoft M365 suite, including Office 365, Enterprise Mobility and Security, and Windows Enterprise.

* Demonstrated ability to assess user needs and deliver continuously improvement of enterprise-level collaboration services and technologies.

* Ability to track and improve meaningful user experience metrics.

* Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing, and lead presentations.

* Good awareness of commercial licensing agreements, including Microsoft M365 and general SaaS collaboration services.

* Awareness of authentication technologies, such as Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft Azure Active Directory, Microsoft Authenticator, and OneLogin.

* Developing policies, standards, and procedures relating to collaboration technologies and services.

* Managing collaboration services across a relatively large (at least 1000+ users) modern enterprise environment.

* Experience of securing services in line with accepted best-practice (CISecurity benchmarks and vendor recommendations) and obtaining assurance.

* Implementing Single Sign-On (SSO) and Microsoft Risk-based Conditional Access.
