Our Client is a boutique and busy hotel in the heart of the Cotswolds.

Role Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic and skilled Chef de Partie to join our dynamic kitchen team. You will have the opportunity to work with fresh, locally-sourced, and seasonal ingredients, supporting the creation of high-quality dishes that reflect the best of the Cotswolds. As a Chef de Partie, you'll play a key role in maintaining our exceptional culinary standards while bringing creativity and passion to the kitchen.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook dishes to the highest standard, ensuring consistency and quality in every plate served.
  • Assist the Head Chef and Sous Chef in the day-to-day running of the kitchen, including preparation and mise-en-place.
