Job Title: Corporate Associate / Senior Associate

Location: Cheltenham

Contract Details: Permanent, Full Time

Salary: 60,000 to 85,000 per annum

With the support of 25 partners across their firm, this is an excellent opportunity for an Associate/Senior Associate seeking the next step in their career. The successful candidate will benefit from a solid structure that provides mentorship and support in a growing firm.

Responsibilities:

  • Previous experience in corporate law
  • Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and build strong client relationships
  • Excellent technical ability and drafting skills
  • Demonstrated skills in teamwork and relationship building
  • Strong commercial acumen
  • Proactive, ambitious, and organised with keen attention to detail

Essential (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):

  • Previous experience in corporate law
