They have clear growth plans and are now looking for a Head of Retrofit and Development to support them with their growth.

In this role the successful candidate will oversee all work provided by the Energy Services Department ensuring the highest quality of work in line with all regulations. They will directly manage retrofit assessors, coordinators and energy consultants while supporting the Director of Energy Services with growing the department and scope of work.

This role would suit someone with a proven record within Retrofit Assessing looking to play a vital role in the success of the business. They must have a Retrofit Assessor Level 3 qualification along with a Level 5 diploma in Retrofit Coordination and Risk Management.

Oversee all work provided by the Energy Services Department and supporting the growth of the business.
Managing Retrofit Assessors, Coordinators and Energy Consultants to deliver top quality service.
Working on large projects with the Director of Energy Services.

The Person:

Experienced Energy/Retrofit Assessor
Must have relevant Retrofit background and an understanding of PAS 2030/2035
Must have relevant qualifications: Level 5 Diploma in Retrofit Coordination, Level 3 in Domestic Retrofit Advice
