Job Description

  • Financial Leadership:
    Full responsibility for the finance function, providing financial input into strategy and project planning. Lead business planning and forecasting processes.
  • Management Accounts:
    Produce monthly management accounts, forecasting, budgeting, and annual statutory reporting. Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting and disclosures.
  • Cash and Debtor Management:
    Actively manage cash flows and Net Working Capital, ensuring compliance with all financial regulations.
  • Business Partnering:
    Provide robust business partnering to the President to optimise financial performance and support effective business decisions.
  • Internal Controls:
    Define and implement internal controls for financial and non-financial operations. Ensure compliance with corporate and local standards.
  • Audit Management:
    Liaise with auditors to manage annual audits effectively, ensuring accurate and timely statutory accounts.
  • Process Improvement:
    Suggest improvements to increase efficiency, insight, and control that scale with the business.
  • The Successful Applicant
  • Educational Background:
    Qualified to degree level or equivalent with ACA, CIMA, ACCA qualifications.
  • Experience:
    Proven track record in managing a Finance team in a medium-sized business.
  • Skills:
    Strong attention to detail, ability to manage multiple priorities, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills.
