Associate Projects Director

Trevett Services have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Associate Project Director to join a leading FM and building services provider in Westminster.

You will play a vital part in managing a key government portfolio where you will be lead the activities across PFI contracts.

Key Responsibilities of the Associate Project Director:

  • MEP, architecture & restoration work.
  • Manage the successful completion of the project in line with agreed quality and commercial plans to achieve targets within agreed timescales and cost constraints.
  • Participate within bid activity; in conjunction with the Business Development.
  • Provide the appropriate Health and Safety leadership.
  • Provide input in the preparation of the business plans and budgets based on the initial contract parameters and objectives.
  • Maintaining positive relationships with the project customer through efficient delivery of projects.

Essential experience the Associate Projects Director would need:

  • SC clearance would be desirable
  • PFI knowledge
  • Experience working with a main contractor or large subcontractor.
  • Cost control experience
  • Excellent Leadership skills.
  • Results oriented with excellent financial control skills.
  • Keen attention to Health and Safety matters.
