Job description

We're looking for a Commercial Maintenance Engineer to join our Ministry of Justice Contract team based in Westminster, London.

Location: Westminster, London. On site.

Contract: Full Time, Permanent. Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities

As a Commercial Maintenance Engineer, you'll be working within the MoJ team, supporting them in Planned and reactive maintenance across the sites.

Your day to day will include:

  • Deliver all reactive and Planned Preventative Maintenance is completed to ensure all SLA's and our compliance is achieved with weekly Manager Check ins on progress
  • Work closely with the supervisor & Administration team to ensure that workloads are planned and delivered.
  • Ensure timely completion and delivery of planned, reactive and project work within the SLA and budget.
  • Carry out and submit quoted works within agreed SLAs.

What are we looking for?

This role of Commercial Maintenance Engineer is great for you if:

  • You have a background in Commercial Maintenance - either Mechanical or Electrical bias
  • You have experience with PPM's and reactive maintenance tasks
  • You are familiar with working to SLA's and within deadlines.
