Salary range: from £28,763 + (dependent on skills, experience and qualifications)

Hours: 35 per week

Contract type: Fixed Term Contract for 6 Months

Role Details:

  • Engage with customers: Provide exceptional service to prospective students and internal stakeholders, anticipating and meeting their needs with efficiency and professionalism.
  • Sales & Reporting: Manage a sales pipeline, consistently meeting and exceeding targets while maintaining accurate reporting for senior management.
  • Database & CRM Management: Work with internal databases (preferably SITS) to run reports and track progress, ensuring data accuracy and quality.
  • Collaborate & Organise: Work closely with other team members to streamline processes, manage priorities, and maintain a calm and organised approach under pressure.

What We're Looking For:

  • Essential:
    • Proven experience in a telesales environment with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
    • Strong phone etiquette with the ability to build rapport and relationships with leads and customers.
    • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
    • Proficient with CRM systems and working with data.
    • Highly organised, detail-focused, and capable of managing competing priorities.
  • Desirable:
    • Experience within a university team and/or customer-facing role.
    • Familiarity with databases (SITS) and generating reports.
