We are currently seeking an Electrical Projects and Compliance Manager to join a dynamic local authority in London. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual with an electrical background to join a fantastic M&E team.

Senior Electrical Engineer

Location: London, UK

Salary: £57,000- £61,000 plus remote working, excellent benefits & pension

Responsibilities:

• The Electrical Contracts and Compliance Manager will be responsible for the contract management of electrical services, maintenance, installations and as part of complex capital works.
• Responsible for ensuring electrical compliance for the full local authority portfolio.
• Prepare reports for Executives and Board members.
• Work with contractors and consultant partners, colleagues and residents to ensure that customer involvement and resident satisfaction is at the core of the decision-making process and delivery of services.

Requirements:

• Prior experience working in a similar role within a social housing provider, local authority or associated contractor.
• In depth knowledge of regulatory standards and responsibilities.
• Excellent communication skills, able to liaise between contractors, consultancies, residents and other stakeholders.
